SUNROOF DEFLECTOR WARRANTY

does anyone know what the warranty on the factory made sunroof deflector? I lost the warranty it came with from mazda. My defector's rubber siding is splitting and coming off.

If you got it installed when you purchased your Trib, it comes with the 3yr warranty. Otherwise, I don't have a clue. 90 days, maybe, 1 yr?

You're correct if it is purchased with your Tribute. If purchased after, then it carries a 12 mo. 12k mile warranty.<br><br>Your dealership shouldn't have any problem whatsoever fixing/replacing the piece.<br><br>Dan<br>Mazda South

WARRANTY.......Mazda covers the entire vehicle as it was delivered for 3years/50K...if say you had them add the deflector at point of sale then it is covered for the full term. If however you waited and added it a month later then it is one year....BUT the way around that is to simply tell them it is defective and "assume" it is covered. 9 times out of 10 service won't ask....<br><br>SPLITTING rubber I GUARANTEE they'll cover..<br><br>Bob
