Does anyone know what causes the squeek in the front end of a 2003 mazda 6. It comes from the driverside and happens when the wheel is turned when moving or stopped??

have you check you shocks. its possibly that shock has blown seal and lost oil.
another possibility is the ball joint, sometimes squeeking may cause by an
un-lubricated ball joint..grease it up. try to check those car parts

Holy cow man, i had a horrible noise coming out of the same side of my 2009 Mazda 6 and it ended up being a bad wheel bearing. it was really bad, but its a pretty easy and cheap fix.
