Shifter & Tow hitch

I have two questions here. First off, with the tow package, should we have gotten a ball hitch or some sort of tow hitch as part of the package? <br>Also, I had posted earlier in the week that I have been having problems with getting the key out of the ignition. Was it Bob Mazda that mentioned shifter failure. This has been happening every day now. Every time it happens, I turn the car back on shift into drive and then sift very slowly into park. That's worked every time. Should the car being doing this? Or is should this be brought to the attention of the techs when my car goes in for servicing?

i believe it does not come with the bar and ball due to the fact that different trailers could mean a different drop for the hitch.Should it have come with one i think yes but i guess it cuts costs for mazda also

I think I replied to your post about the key not coming out of the ignition. I have the same problem with my Escape. I have seen this problem posted by others so it must be a fairly common problem. David
