Questions about white/blue lights.

I might eventually buy some super whites or blues, whatever. I might get them from ebay if they're not any cheaper than local stores. What brands do you suggest? Do I need to buy 2 pair, 1 for regular and 1 for high beam? Do these lights work like say a Maxima's? My mom's got a 2002 Maxima, when the lights come on they kinda flicker like flourescent lights, they're almost purple at first but warm up to this cool blue/white color.

Dont get them off of ebay. My friend did and they burned out after like 2 days. I got the hyper whites which are good. Whatever you get dont get them from like walmart or something. Go to a performace shop or peppoys. They are around 20 bucks a bulb. You need to buy just 2. They are your high and low beams. ONe for the left and one for the right. Just tell them the make and year of your car and they will tell you which bulbls you need. They mkae them for like every car out there so you wont have a problem finding them for the maxima also. I bought just hyper white bulbs and they look erally nice. I wanted to get the ones with the blue tint and stuff but they were out.
