Every once in a while I get a puff of smoke on the start up of my 1999 Millenia S with 47000 miles on the engine. Is this common? Should I worry about it? Thanks in advance! Mike

My 97 S did that for about 30,000 miles.. then all the sudden, my engine blew. they couldnt fix it. only way was to get a whole new motor. be careful. i spent $6,000 for a rebuilt 2.3L S motor.

dont worry the smoke is normal ..its just oil residue in the intake manifold for oil bypass from the PCV valve ...install a oil catch can to solve your problem
