If you want a shop manual, I would recommend trussville mazda. I ordered one for my '95 for about $30. There is no 'reset' I know of for the PCM other than disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. They are not like a PC so rebooting doesn't make much difference. If you aren't getting it started, I would start with simple things first which don't require a manual. Check for things like spark and fuel.
