When I first called the service dept about the
leak, the receptionist told me if I needed a loaner the
earliest date they could give me was Oct. 11. I balked at
that and called the following day when the service
manager was in. By that time I had my friend who owns a
service station check out what the problem was. With that
information in hand, I called the service manager and he made
an appt for me for this past Wednesday with a
loaner. However, when I got there, the receptionist told
me that they hadn't scheduled a loaner. They did end
up giving me a car from a rental company that was
actually on their lot. They store some of their rentals
there.<br>What pisses me off is that when you ask for a loaner,
they tell you they can't take your vehicle right away.
They put you off for a few weeks.
