Jerking Problem...

Guests	I have a 98Millenia S. Now whenever i put the car in "D" as in drive it take like 5 seconds to shift and give me a jerk...the jerk is kinda hard too but not that much. I dont know if this is problem that is major or something i can do... thanks

Guests	Check all of your motor mounts. I ended up kiling a transmission from bad motor mounts. James '95 Millenia 194K
