Which one do you have??/ A Tribute??? If so, Ford is NOT your answer. Mazda IS...I have every number to call, even Mazda's President. I have regional, national, secret numbers, etc. Been with Mazda for YEARS. <br><br>Gas smell SHOULD BE an easy fix...they know where that is coming from....they know how to fix it....it only affected a few model produced fairly early in the cycle...<br><br>Write down your VIN<br><br>call your dealer....<br>call the 800# in your book<br>email me...for further info....Heck, I'll call Mazda dealer here, the one I worked at for well over 10 years is #1 in the U.S. in satisfaction...<br><br>ALWAYS request the service manager, not a service writer for a complaint....even the general manager...<br><br>After no solution from the dealer, ask that the DSM District Service Manager contact you for an appointment face to face. <br><br>Mazda WILL back you.
