The engine runs but it smokes real bad. It cannot be driven due to so
much smoke. When I traded for the car the guy told me he had just
installed a rebuilt supercharger from Supercharger Technologies in
Florida. That cost $1000 by itself. There were at least 3 or 4 vacuum
lines that were missing. I bought a $90 repair manual from Mazda so I
could get an idea of where they went. I did the best I could to hook
up the lines, but still don't know if I got them right, or if some of
the other might be wrong. The car would sometimes have a pecking
noise, sometimes not, but it would always smoke like crazy! I decided
to change the plugs. When I did, I took off the front air intake
piece (metal radiator looking thing in the front of the engine) to
get to the plugs. I took it off and it was full of oil. I dumped it
out, replaced the plugs which were COVERED IN OIL, and it seemed to
run a bit smoother for a few seconds. I figured out that the oil was
being sucked in through the intake and fouling out the plugs real
quick. The plugs being fouled out is making the car run rough, along
with a possible vacuum line that is off or in the wrong spot.
