Hello,

This week I took my Tribute ES in to have the headliner (ceiling) replaced since it was sagging in the back. I've had my car since June 6 and the headliner had been sagging since the second or third week of ownership.

I've got a really great dealership with an excellent service department so I felt confident they could do a good job. I left my Tribute there on Wednesday and was given a brand new Mazda 626 (nice car but I missed my Tribute) to drive and was able to pick up my Tribute the following day.

I am extremely pleased with the work that my service department did. It looks just as good as it did when I got it brand new from the factory in June. My service department always washes my car when I have it in for service.

BTW, the service department did recommend that I have my first oil change at 3,000 miles instead of the recommended 5,000 miles because I drive mostly in town.

Anthony
