First I thank all for the advice. Sorry I forget to mention that the
car was wrecked previously, so warranty work was not an option. It
turns out the cable is very easily adjusted. I disconnected the cable
from the throttle body, and used the adj. screw to dial in the idle
speed once it warmed up. I then shut off the car turned the collar on
the cable which let the cable slide through it, and reatatched it to
the throttle assy. I slid the cable to where it almost started to
pull the throttle and rotated the locking collar back to lock it in
place. Talk about easy! If anyone wants any help on it (I believe
