Hi Everyone

I recently bought a new set of rotors and brake pads for my MAzda Protege 1994. Everything went smoothly until I proceeded to put in new brake pads. The outer side brake pad wont get inserted into the caliper. I readjusted the rotor to make sure it is in the right place and then I put lug nuts to hold it in place. Do I have incorrect brake pads or I am not doing something correctly?

Please help me out as I need to fix the car as soon as possible.

Thanks and Best
