Another engine stalling question

Thanks for all the replies to my engine stalling questions....<br><br>It seems that there's a huge variety of conditions when a Trib stalls. That sorta makes it tough to draw any conclusions.....<br><br>One thing that we should compare is the idle speed rpm--<br><br>Please tell us the idle speed (revolutions per minute, or RPM) that your tachometer indicates. Please be sure that your engine is at full operating temperature and that all accessories are turned off, especially the air conditioning. Put the Trib in PARK or NUETRAL and give us your best estimate of the engine RPM.<br><br>Please also indicate if you HAVE or HAVE NOT ever experienced the engine stalling problem.<br><br>I'm wondering if people that HAVE experienced the problem are in fact idling too low.

My engine stalled today and this has been the third time it has happen. I had it in for service after stall #2 and they said it was a connector that wasn't fully snapped. Today it happen just like the other times traveling about 35mph going down a small hill. On all 3 occations the engine had been throughly warmed up. Concerning the idle-I asked the service advisor if it could be the engine idle speed shutting down the engine and he told me definitely not. Of course he also told me that they were sure my problem was a connector problem. Well, They will have another chance to solve the problem. The engine shutting off is definely a dangerous problem that Mazda should be focusing their attention on.
