I WANNA KNOW IF I CAN SWAP A 2004 MAZDA 6 ENGINE V6 3.0 FOR A 2006 ENGINE AND IF IT WILL FIT A 2004 BODY?

Yes you can. I have swapped a 2004 3.0l with a 2006 3.0l. Mine was and auto. The flywheel (flexplate) needs to be change. Use the old one from the 2004. The 2006 has a different transmission. And you will have to use the exhaust from the 2006 as the 2004 exhaust will not cleat the oil pan. or change the oil pan. it is possible to remove the engine from the top also. Takes a little time but can be done. i swapped mine out about two years ago in a weekend.
